About me
Hey, I’m Sarah. Welcome to A Dose of Sarahtonin.
I’m in my twenties, living in Sydney, trying to figure things out and writing about it as I go.
I started this blog in 2021 during lockdown, with way too much time and a lot on my mind. So instead of doing anything productive about it, I started writing it all down here.
Since then, it’s become where I put my thoughts, funny stories, and the occasional questionable decision.
I write about uni, life after, growing pains, and whatever else I decide is worth oversharing.
I’ve recently graduated with a degree in Performing Arts and Entertainment Industries, which people still love to call impractical, but I like it anyway, and I like turning everyday moments into something worth writing about or occasionally filming.

I’m still on my L’s, but I can tell you exactly which bus goes where, so I think that counts for something.
I live off chicken nuggets, avoid cardio at all costs, and have somehow made it this far without ever liking coffee but I will always say yes to a hot chocolate.
I’m not much of a reader and definitely not a runner, and I’ll avoid anything green if I can, but dumplings, wine and a good trivia night? Absolutely.
This blog is where I overthink, overshare, and try to make sense of things as I go — or at the very least, make it slightly more entertaining.
Welcome! I hope you find something you like, or at least something mildly entertaining.
