This is the internet's official archive of my thoughts, stories and occasional identity crises
Adulthood is stranger than I expected.
I've loved writing for as long as I can remember. It followed me through school, through university, and eventually became this little corner of the internet. Somewhere along the way, writing stopped being just a hobby and became the way I made sense of life.
A Dose of Sarahtonin is my place to document my twenties as they happen. The funny stories, the awkward moments, the holidays I'll laugh about years from now, the people I meet, and occasionally the more personal parts of life too.
I have a degree in Performing Arts and Entertainment Industries, which people still love to call impractical. They're probably not wrong.
Whenever I get the chance, I work as a background actor. I'm still on my L's, but I can tell you which bus goes where, so I think that counts for something. I'm a chronic overthinker with the palate of a five-year-old, and despite my best efforts, I've never managed to like coffee.
